Losing Weight When You Don't Think You Can


If you are looking to lose weight and and don't think you can then we have a problem, there are so many people that are overweight and have trouble losing the weight. Believe me I was there to, I was 4 years out of high school and had gained over 60 pounds. I felt as if I was losing control and getting more more into a deep state of depression.


I was always active and had never had problems with being overweight until now. I knew that I needed to take charge of my life and get back into the swing of things.


I started cutting back on what I ate, I think my main problem was the types of foods that I was eating a long with how much I was eating along with never exercising. I mean, I was working at home and sometimes never even being able to get out of my house.


How I lost 30 pounds in 3 months:


I started waking up 1 hour earlier and going for a 30 minute walk, coming back home and stretching for another 30 minutes


I would have my coffee along with some fruit,


I would have a mid day walk around 1PM for just 20 minutes and have a nice salad with chicken inside.


I started taking green tea extract pills to speed up my metabolism.


I started eating more vegetables, chicken, cut out fast and fried food, bread and soda. I started drinking more water and just started getting more active. I walked around , found new hobbies, picked up golf on the weekends, softball and basketball with buddies once a week. I made things fun and I lost the weight!
